Martha Sutton Mathis, 84, of 810 Macon Street, died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Wayne Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 3212 Rouse Rd., Kinston. Burial will follow in the Bowden Cemetery, Warsaw.

Visitation will be Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 2 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home.

The family will receive friends at the residence where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. of Kinston.
