Mrs. Shirley Collins Spencer of 8227 Slatestone Road, Washington, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2007, at Beaufort County Hospital, Washington.
The family will receive friends at the home of her aunt, Bernice Lacy, 406 E. 11th St., Washington, and also the home of her daughter, Freedia Spencer, 306 E. 10th St., Washington.
Arrangements will be announced by Randolph Funeral Home, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
