CALYPSO — Kenny Sheppard and William Archer scored two touchdowns apiece as North Duplin handed Northside a 28-12 loss on Friday. With that, the Panthers drop to 1-1 on the season.

The Rebels jumped out in front, 14-0, and never trailed in the game. Northside managed to cut its deficit to 14-12 with less than four minutes left in the third quarter, but North Duplin pulled away in the fourth.

The Panthers look to bounce back at Columbia next week.
