Linwood Rawles Everett Jr., otherwise known as L.R. or Junior Twiddy, 91, of Roper, died Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Zion’s Chapel Church of Christ, Roper, with Mark Wilmoth officiating. Burial will follow at Albemarle Church of Christ Cemetery in Columbia. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 1:00 to 1:45 pm at Zion’s Chapel Church of Christ and other times at the residence.
