Authorities received a call about a robbery that occurred in Washington just before 3 p.m. Monday.

According to the dispatch, the caller reported the robbery occurred at the intersection of Slatestone and Tool House roads in Washington, describing the suspect as an African-American male with a neck tattoo. The suspect was said to be driving a champagne-colored Chevrolet Tahoe.

There is no word on whether the alleged suspect was armed. As of 6 p.m. Monday, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office had no update on the incident.
