Owner Felicia Huggins, along with stylists Staci Edwards and Lauren Huffman, welcome three new reasons to do business in Historic Downtown Washington. Salon 208 is so excited to have Judy Batchelor, Tiffany Woolard and Andrea Poorman-Dixon join their professional team. Judy and Tiffany are the formal owners of A Cut Above in Washington, and Andrea works two days a week at Salon Circa in Greenville and formally worked at Cutting Edge in Washington.
