Man charged with selling crack

On Oct. 6, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit served arrest warrants and executed a search warrant on Bryant Boomer and his residence located on Camel Drive in Washington. Investigators found approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine and marijuana packaged for resale in Boomer’s residence.

Boomer was arrested and charged with four counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the purpose keeping and selling a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Boomer’s arrest stemmed from investigators making purchases of cocaine from Boomer. Boomer was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $55,000 secured bond.
