Town celebrates 5th-annual ICW Celebration

Pamlico Street in Belhaven closed down Saturday and residents took to the streets as part of the fifth-annual Intracoastal Waterway Celebration, which celebrates the town’s history on the waterway. Saturday’s all-day event featured seafood chowder and chili, vendors and artisans, live music and plenty of 1920s-era costumes.
