Mr. Lorenza “Lo” M. Belcher, 67, of 2150 Hull Road Kinston, died Oct. 8, 2017 at Duke University Hospital, Durham. Funeral services with military honors will be 1 p.m. Monday Oct. 23, 2017, at Toodle’s Chapel with Pastor Eddie McNair, officiating. Burial will follow in G. W. McNair Cemetery. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
