The 1958 graduating class of Grimesland High School held its 59^th class reunion at Parker’s Barbecue in Greenville on Aug. 19. President Joe Bell opened the meeting with Lendy Edwards presiding, as we honored six classmates’ passing with a silent prayer. Together we enjoyed sharing old memories while we were making new ones. The table was graced; the meal was delicious and served family style. The class elected to meet again next year. One teacher, Mrs. Julia Venters Rogers was present.
