Grady-White customer satisfaction is carefully measured by utilizing overall dealer

satisfaction scores in customer surveys to confirm top-quality handling and care. Sales Achievement and Service Excellence winners are required to match or exceed $1 million in sales and obtain a score of at least 9.25 on a 10-point scale in customer surveys.
