Prior to joining First South Bank, Etheridge worked at Southern Bank in Rocky Mount as the vice president of regional business development for seven eastern North Carolina counties. His focus was on agricultural and commercial lending. Etheridge has over 17 years of experience in banking, business and financial services. He is a graduate of N.C. Wesleyan College, and he and his family will be relocating to Washington from Rocky Mount.
