FESTIVAL OF TREES: Belhaven’s annual Festival of Trees is up and in full seasonal swing at the Wilkinson Center. The Belhaven Arts Council sponsors the event in which volunteers — businesses and individuals — decorate the trees. Vendors offering food, arts and crafts round out the event. The Festival of Trees is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
