Mr. Wilbert Perkins, of 303 Fleming St., Washington, died Dec. 11, 2017, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. Mr. Perkins’ funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017, at Deeper Life Ministries. Mr. Perkins will be laid to rest in Cedar Hills Cemetery. There will be a public viewing Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel.
