Dorothy Owens O’Neal, 77, of Swan Quarter died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at Cross Creek Health Care where she had resided for several years. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Swan Quarter Christian Church. Steve Bryan will officiate. Private burial will follow in in the family plot in Fairfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service in the fellowship hall in the fellowship hall of the church. Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service, Swan Quarter.
