Mrs. Clara Bell Boyd Woolard, formerly of Washington, died Dec. 22, 2017, in Hempstead, New York. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at the Davenport Temple – Church of God in Christ. A public visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
