Mrs. Annie Ruth Downing Clark, of 212 Railroad St., Roper, died Dec. 30, 2017, at Roanoke Landing Nursing Center, Plymouth. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan, 13, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Mount Eprew Missionary Baptist Church, 201 Newby St., Roper., with Rev. Dr. James W. Harris officiating. A viewing will be held prior to the service, from 11:50 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. A committal service will follow at Lincoln Cemetery, Roper. Arrangements are by Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service.
