Valentine’s by Special Delivery was a huge success this year. The adults were mystified by a professional magician, while some local children were entertained by Snoopy. Shenita Jones of the Tyrrell County Senior Citizens Center is intrigued by Steve Wille’s magical talent, while Snoopy excites several children as he makes his grand entrance at Open Arms Daycare Center.
