Anyone desiring to live and work on Ocracoke Island might want to attend a job fair from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Ocracoke Community Center.

A variety of employers, including but not limited to food services and lodging establishments, will be available to discuss employment opportunities, especially during the summer season. Some job-seekers may find that housing is available for them if they are hired. Interested persons may register by calling Rosemary Johnson at 252-926-4178 or send email to her at rjohnson@hydecountync.gov.

Transportation may be available. Indicate a need for transportation when registering for the job fair.
