TYRRELLINEAN CLUB PRESIDENT SUE GRIFFIN recently distributed money raised through the club’s fundraisers in 2017. Community organizations receiving funds are: Tyrrell Volunteer Fire Department, Inner Banks Hotline, Tyrrell County Scholarship, Pocosin Arts Scholarship, Tyrrell County 4H, Church Road Emergency Food Shelter, Tyrrell County Parks & Recreation Commission, Partnership for the Sounds, Tyrrell County Library, Tyrrell County Animal Shelter, Tyrrell County Ministerial Association, and Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office/National Night Out.
