Mr. Otha Lee James, 85, of 815 Wilson St., Plymouth, died Sunday, April 15, 2018, at Carolina East Medical Center, New Bern. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
