Richard Wayne Vann, 67, a resident of 61 Cherry Road, Washington, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Tranter’s Creek Church of Christ, officiated by Phillip Paul. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the church. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Joseph B.
