Doane A. “Randy” Rouse, Jr., 64, a resident of Pantego, died at home Thursday, June 28, 2018. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the Belhaven Missionary Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor David Pierce. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
