Mr. Thomas Ralph Harper, Jr., age 65, a resident of Virginia died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018. A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. The family will receive friends 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home and Crematory of Washington.
