Jeanette Attmore Hall

Jeanette Attmore Hall was born on Oct. 27, 1943, in Washington, North Carolina. She had a great childhood surrounded by lots of family, which meant the world to her. Every Sunday was spent with the family at her grandmother’s house, full of laughter and joy.
After high school graduation, she was off to Greensboro College. There she made great memories that lasted a lifetime and then she married the love of her life, Ted Hall. This is when her true spirit began to shine. This began her greatest journey of loving unconditionally with no end in sight.
After her two favorite sons were old enough for her to return to helping others, she returned to work. She decided it was time for them to start a family business.
After years of working hard and helping others, she found her calling, opening a business with her family and leading by example. There was no shortage of smiles or love to give; she always put her family first.
Other than her lifelong love for Tarheels basketball, her true passion was her family. Her love for her husband of 54 years was unmatched. She loved her two sons unconditionally, and then was blessed by her calling with three beautiful grandchildren. She loved and cherished them every day.
Jean was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette A. Thomas, and her father, George S. Attmore. She is survived by her husband, Ted; two sons Ed and Jim, Jim’s wife Marsha, and their three children, Jamey, Hackney and Taylor; her brother, George Attmore; his sons, George, Jr. and Bill and their wives and children.

The visitation will be at First Christian Church, Greenville, on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. with the service to follow at 2:30 p.m.
W. E. Flanagan Funeral Service is serving the Hall family.
