More than 1,300 people were reported without power on Tideland EMC circuits as of 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, with the majority of outages in Pamlico County. In Beaufort County, the largest outage was impacted 33 customers in the Wilkins Road area, South of Belhaven. A number of single-digit outages were reported between Washington and Bath and on the south side of the river.
