Rep. Bob Steinburg (R-Chowan) will be in Columbia on Oct. 6 to meet and greet local residents.

The public is invited to attend a barbecue dinner fundraiser for Steinburg, GOP candidate for the North Carolina Senate.

“I am looking forward to being in Columbia and talking about the important issues in Tyrrell and Washington County,” the legislator said.

The meal will consist of locally prepared pork barbecue with sides and drinks for $8 a plate. Eat in or take out.
