I WENT TO A GARDEN PARTY: The Pamlico Rose Institute for Sustainable Communities hosted a garden party for the public on Sunday. Attendees were treated to music by the Beaufort County Community Orchestra, refreshments and tours of the property that will become a reintegration home for female veterans in recovery from substance abuse and post traumatic stress disorder.
