Oswald Lafayette Spivey, Jr., 88, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at Chowan River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, at Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor. The family will receive friends following the service and at other time from the home of Mary Rhea Spivey Jones, 105 W. Gale St., Edenton, NC 27932. Funeral arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home.
