More than a hundred of Washington’s seniors gathered for a special event at the Grace Martin Harwell Senior Center on Wednesday as the center held its annual Christmas celebration. With a theme of crazy Christmas socks, seniors donned their most outrageous footwear and enjoyed a good meal, good company and plenty of holiday cheer. The event also recognized the many volunteers who give of their time to help out at the center each year.
