Myrtle Garris Lewis, 84, of Greenville, passed away on Dec. 20, 2018.

A graveside service will be held at Pinewood Memorial Park on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at 2 p.m. by Pastor Phil Ange of Liberty Church.

Myrtle was born on March 13, 1934, to the late Heber Garris and Grace Clark Garris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ottis Lewis; son, Marvin Clayton Haddock; grandson, Taylor Lee Haddock; sisters, Mable Lloyd, Sarah Belle McClintock and Evelyn Bookhardt; brothers, Heber Jr., John Edward and A.J. Garris.

She is survived by her grandsons, Marvin Scott Haddock and Marvin Stacy Bunting; granddaughter, Debbie Breunig; grandchildren, Michael Haddock, Scotty Haddock, Chris Bunting, Nicole Breunig and Jamie Breunig; and one sister, Liz Tripp.

The family will receive friends and family on Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at 516 Fenner Drive, Greenville.
