On June 28, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit served arrest warrants on Brandi Cooke Foster, 30, of 141 DL Drive in Washington. Foster was charged with trafficking in opium and possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine.

Foster’s arrest stemmed from investigators making purchases of prescription pain pills and powder cocaine from Foster. Foster was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond.
