William Irving Hoggard, 76, of Askewville-Mizelle Road, Windsor, died March 2, 2019, at Vidant Bertie Hospital. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Askewville Assembly of God. Rev. R. O. Denton, Jr. will officiate. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
