Mrs. Mary “Francine” Gray Taylor, a resident of Ridgewood Manor, Washington, died Sunday, May 19, 2019. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, May 25, 2019, at the New Beginning FH&C Chapel. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.  The family will received family and friends at 305 E. Sixth St., Washington. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
