Mrs. Ruby Harris Bell, 78, of 1306 Roosevelt Ave., Plymouth, died May 20, 2019, at home.

A funeral service was held at noon Monday, May 27, 2019, at Long Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. General James, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in Promise Land Church of Christ Church Cemetery. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
