As a native of Washington, Bryan Sawyer quickly recognized the endless potential Beaufort County had to offer. Soon after graduating from Northside High School, he began employment in the corporate sector of the pharmaceutical industry. Starting with an entry level position he gained respect through hard work, honesty and a willingness to learn, which quickly propelled him into a management role. The corporate sector provided Bryan with a foundation built on a “right the first time” management plan, balanced with structure, efficiency and a continuous improvement process that Bryan will surely apply during his real estate career.

While working fulltime, Bryan obtained his B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Development degree from Mount Olive University. His passion to learn led him to obtain his North Carolina general contractor’s license where he co-owned a building company for six years in Washington. Bryan managed multiple residential construction projects throughout those years and still maintains an active license. With a passion to succeed, Bryan continued his education by recently obtaining his real estate broker’s license.

Bryan, his wife Heather, and two beautiful children, Gavin and Saylor, reside in Bath. Bryan is an avid outdoorsman and an active softball coach for the Bath rec league.
