Mr. James Edward Arthur, of 1624 Highland Drive, Washington, died Monday, June 10, 2019, at Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center, Washington. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2019, at St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, 358 W. Old County Road, Belhaven. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. one hour prior to service at the church. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jackie Arthur Windley, 708 Northgate Drive, Washington.
