Richard Vaughn Goines, age 69, of Tarboro, died Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at home. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 7, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Howard Memorial Presbyterian Church, 303 E. Saint James St., Tarboro. Visitation and a reception will follow in the Burns Fellowship Hall. Arrangements are by Davis-Little Funerals, Rocky Mount.
