Emily Mae Wiggins Foster, 55, a resident of Bath, died at her home Monday, July 15, 2019.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2019 at Washington Assembly of God in Washington, officiated by Pastor Eric Hill. Burial followed at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
