Dorothy “Dot” Council, 75, of Hassell, died July 29, 2019. A funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. at Sycamore Missionary Baptist Church in Hamilton. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service. Arrangements are by Paradise Funeral Home.
