Emeri Liverman, a kindergartener, sat for Laura Casas, artist in residence at Pocosin Arts, to paint his face during National Night Out in Tyrrell Hall on Aug. 6, an annual event, sponsor by the Sheriff’s Office, also featured exhibits and demonstrations by local first responders and public service agencies.
