Mrs. Alma Marie Whitaker, 90, of 3249 U.S. Highway 264 East, Belhaven, died Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019, at River Trace Rehabilitation Center in Washington. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, at noon at St. James Church Of Christ Disciples of Christ, 358 W. Old County Road, Belhaven. Burial will follow at Heritage Cemetery, Belhaven. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at 11 a.m. at the church and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, at the L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Other times the family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home.
