Sylvia S. Coltrain, 74, a resident of 24660 U.S. Highway 264 E., Pantego, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, at her home. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019, at Wilkinson Church of Church. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019, at Wilkinson Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Joseph B Paul Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
