Mrs. Sheila Banks Ortiz, 65, a resident of Chocowinity, died Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019, at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, at Christ Vision Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
