Ms. Della E. Harrell, 86, of 200 Santree Drive, E-15, Williamston, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at home. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth. The family will be receiving fiends at the home.
