Scam Alert: Sweepstakes

James Story, of Cleveland, Ohio, recently received a phone call on his home phone saying he had won a sweepstakes for millions of dollars. The callers asked him to call a phone number, which he did not do. Story did not end up sending the callers anything.

Have you received phone calls from scammers? Often there is no way to catch or stop scammers when they operate from out of state or overseas.
