Mr. Herman Daniels, 81, of 2403 Wharton Station Road, Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington.
