Washington Mayor Archie Jennings (center) signs a proclamation recognizing the Rev. David Moore on his 25th anniversary as pastor at Metropolitan AME Zion Church. Moore, a former chairman of the Beaufort County Board of Commissioners, was also honored for his efforts establishing Metropolitan Housing CDC, the Generations Community Credit Union and the Agape Community Health Clinic.
