Argo recently joined the K9 force in the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office. He has sniffed out drugs “nine or ten times already,” said Sheriff Kevin Sawyer. Lt. Raymond Allen introduced the male Shepherd mix to the county commissioners on March 3. Argo is also used for tracking and recovery.
