Mrs. Elsie Norman Harris, 86, of 351 Jones White Road, Roper, died April 7, 2020, at Washington Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at Shiloh Memorial Garden Cemetery, with Bishop Daniel Gilliam officiating. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
